Workshop on CBHE: Challenges and conditions for an effective project implementation

Education, Audio-Visual, Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) in close cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to Indonesia is organizing a two day event in Jakarta with Indonesian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and organizations involved in projects selected under the 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Calls for proposals for Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme. The meeting was attended by about 70 universities.
This event will involve the following activities:
- A Cluster meeting with the Indonesian HEIs and organizations on 27/11/2019;
- An Info-session on the international dimension of the Erasmus+ Programme on 28/11/2019.
The meeting was opened with welcome speeches by Mr. Vincent Piket, the European Union Ambassador for Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam. After that, Presentation on the CBHE management was presented by Giordana Bruno from EACEA. On the first day of the meeting, Miss Giordana Bruno, Project Advisor of EACEA explained all about The Erasmus + programs, who can participate and how to participate.
Workshop on CBHE was presented by CBHE Projects representatives including many aspects of Challenges and conditions for an effective project implementation:
- Principles and good practices
- Preparation
- Development
- Quality plan
- Dissemination and exploitation
- Impact and Sustainability
After lunch break, the following session was Presentations of the new projects with discussion with topic Networking activities, Specific Workshop on CBHE for newly selected projects and Training on project management. We also have great discussions the experience from participating partners. This is of great value in understanding about the program. eACCESS team was represented by MrFlorentinus Budi Setiawan from Soegijapranata Catholic University and Mr. Budi Kartadinata from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
Participants are requested to prepare a short presentation (4 slides), guide by the PPT template. In the afternoon, a specific workshop for the newly selected projects will take place. At this time, from 16.30 to 17.30, it will be available for bilateral meetings with the projects representatives in order to discuss specific aspects of your project implementation. Participants that have specific aspects of partners could be discuss with Giordana.
On the second day, Miss DestrianiNugroho, Program manager for Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, explained all the programs that is provided by the European Union. We also have session where we can discussed in depth about the Erasmus + Program with Miss Giordana Bruno. This session was attended by 120 universities delegation in Indonesia.
