A physical meeting was held on March 21, 2021 with the officials from Pokhara University at Kantipur Engineering College premise.

Buddhi Raj Joshi, Lalit Bikram Rana and Sajan Adhikari from PU participated in that meeting. Rameshwar Rijal, Rabindra Khati, Buddha Bahadur Shakya, Dipesh Shrestha, Sushil Paudel and Bishal Rimal from KEC were present in that meeting.

Principal of Kantipur Engineering College Rameshwar Rijal highlighted the status of project progress and its importance for the growth and Brand Image of the college.

It was agreed between two parties that the High Voltage Lab which is going to be established at KEC will be the first such lab in Nepal. 

During the meeting future cooperation and coordination regarding High Voltage Laboratory set setup and development of professional courses were discussed. It was agreed to conduct  workshops at Pokhara and Kathmandu to prepare a more concrete plan regarding High Voltage Laboratory setup requirements and professional courses development. It was also agreed to invite some concerned persons having knowledge in this field or persons representing organizations having business in electrical fields.
