General Lecture by Prof Keshav Dahal at SCU on AI applications to Power Engineering Problems
The speaker first introduced the eACCESS project activities and the AVCN research institute at UWS. The lecture discussed the importance of artificial intelligence (AI) in power systems. and the concept of AI and its potential applications in the power grid. The challenges of planning and scheduling in power systems, and how AI can be used to address these challenges were discussed. The talk concluded with a discussion of the future of AI in power systems, and how it can help to create a more reliable and efficient grid.
